I've always wanted to excel in least to greatest number line , it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've searched the internet for some good learning tools, and checked the local library for some books, but all the information seems to be targeted at people who already understand the subject. Is there any tool that can help new students as well?

I remember having often faced difficulties with converting fractions, dividing fractions and binomials. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebra Helper software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Basic Math, Remedial Algebra and Pre Algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
